1. Pour 10 ml of Energy 02–05 shampoo into the special Muràn shell (7 pumps).
2. Add 3 drops of juniper essential oil.
3. Gently pour the mixture onto the scalp, like a spa ritual.
4. Perform a craniosacral massage to stimulate circulation and eliminate toxins.
5. Repeat the procedure a second time, then pat your hair dry with a towel.
